Yes, we will pre-install 3D GPS map for your country. Generally we use Navitel and iGO as GPS software. We would tell you before shipping if we had no map data for your country.

c) What’s your warranty after purchase?

We guarantee 12 months warranty for non-human damage, and return accepted within 15 days after delivery. Buyer needs to pay for return shipping cost.

d) Can I connect my rear camera to your device?

Yes, with camera video input enable you connect after-market rear camera with RCA plug to our device.

e) Does it come with TV function and does I need to cut cable for connection?

No, you need to pay extra cost for external digital tv box if you need to watch mobile digital tv in your area.

No need to cut your original cables, just plug and play wiring connection.

f) Do I need to pay customs tax?

Yes, you need to do customs clearance for goods when arrives at your customs and pay customs tax in order to release shipment.

g) Can I install it by myself or does it come with installation instruction?

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
